acknowledgments

I want to thank the many people who enabled me to recite kaddish in my mother’s memory every day for eleven months. Many were strangers. Some were people I met in various congregations around the world. But I especially want to thank the members of my own shul (synagogue) who came to minyan every day.

Thank you to Rabbi Shelley Kniaz for being an inspiration for this project.

Kudos go to Tessa Blakeley Silver for her artistic contribution in helping design this website.

Thanks to Harvestworks for a great recording.

Gratitude many times over goes to Judy Rosen, my “editor in chief. ”

My love and appreciation go to Michael Chernick for his untiring support.
